The National Investor PrJSC (“TNI” or the “Company”) is a UAE based investment company with strong expertise in private equity, and real estate investment. TNI was founded in 1994 as a private joint stock company in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, it operates under the trade license number: CN-1002081. The current paid-up capital of the Company is AED 235,000,000 distributed into 235,000,000 shares with a par value of AED 1 per share . The Company used to provide a wide range of investment, advisory, and investment fund management services under its central bank license then SCA licenses to a substantial client base. TNI has applied for a voluntary cancellation of its financial services licenses since 2019. Its principal activities and portfolio companies include now key investments in real estate and hospitality. TNI has succeeded since its inception in achieving substantial growth and has raised its share capital on several instances in order to develop and finance new projects. The Company has made significant investments during the course of its history spanning over three decades, its activities have ranged from incubating companies in diversified sectors to growing medium sized companies and preparing them for exits. Investments through TNI balance sheet include some of the most prestigious companies in the region including Aldar, Aramex, Aabar, Tabreed, Depa, and Colliers; TNI has exited many of these investments realizing an aggregate IRR in excess of 35% over history.
