Al Mazaya Holding Company – K.S.C. (the “Parent Company”) was incorporated on 7th November 1998 under the Commercial Companies Law No. 15 of 1960 and amendments thereto.

The objectives for which the company was established are:

1- Holding company activities – Code No. (642000)

2- Management of subsidiary companies or participation in managing other companies in which it holds shares, and providing the necessary support thereto – Code No. (642010)

3- Investing its funds in trading shares, bonds, and other securities – Code No. (642020)

4- Ownership of real estate and movable assets necessary for conducting its business within the limits permitted by law – Code No. (642030)

5- Financing or lending to companies in which it owns shares or interests, and providing guarantees for them to third parties, provided that the holding company’s ownership in the borrowing company shall not be less than twenty percent (20%) of its share capital – Code No. (642040)

6- Ownership of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, industrial designs, franchises, and other intangible rights, and their exploitation and leasing to its subsidiaries and others – Code No. (642050)

7- Holding shares for the company’s own account only – Code No. (642051)

8- Holding activity management office – Code No. (642070)

The company shall have the right to carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agencies. The company may also have an interest in, or participate in any manner with, entities engaged in similar activities to its own or that may assist it in achieving its objectives, whether in Kuwait or abroad. Furthermore, the company may establish, participate in, acquire, or affiliate such entities with it.
